By submitting a deposit, Buyer agrees to the terms and contents of this Agreement as provided. This Agreement constitutes a legal and binding contract.

Included

K Farm Doodles is a natural farm. Puppies will not receive vaccinations or deworming treatments prior to going home. This approach allows each family to make an informed, individualized decision regarding preventative care in consultation with their own veterinarian.

All puppies will be examined by a licensed veterinarian and receive a clean bill of health prior to placement.

Puppy will be ready to go home no earlier than 8 weeks of age.

If Puppy is held past the agreed-upon pickup date, Buyer may be responsible for additional food and care costs. A fee of $45 per day may be assessed for delays caused by Buyer unless other written arrangements have been made.

Buyer acknowledges that once Puppy leaves K Farm Doodles, all responsibility for veterinary care, preventative decisions, and health management transfers fully to Buyer.

Price

$3,500 – $4,500

The cost of full rights (breeding rights) is typically the purchase price of the puppy doubled.
Example: a $4,000 puppy with full rights would be $8,000.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, puppies are sold with limited rights only.

Buyer agrees to spay (female) or neuter (male) the puppy between 6–8 months of age and provide proof from a licensed veterinarian. Failure to comply with this requirement authorizes K Farm Doodles to pursue a fee of $8,000, representing the cost of a breeding dog.

Terms

Buyer agrees to notify K Farm Doodles if they are no longer able to care for the dog.

If Buyer cannot keep the puppy at any point, Puppy must be returned to K Farm Doodles with no compensation due to Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all transportation and shipping costs.

Buyer agrees that:

• Puppy will only be outdoors under proper supervision

• Puppy will be secured with a harness and proper identification

• Puppy is a companion animal only

• Puppy will never be kept on a chain or tether

• Puppy will receive humane treatment, adequate nutrition, shelter, attention, and medical care

All costs associated with care are the responsibility of Buyer. K Farm Doodles is not liable for future damages or injuries caused by the dog.

No guarantees are made regarding temperament, size, coat type, or shedding.

Health Guarantee

A genetic (congenital) health guarantee is provided until Puppy reaches 24 months of age.

K Farm Doodles makes every effort to place a healthy, pet-quality puppy. Puppies are not sold as show or competition dogs unless explicitly stated.

If Puppy is diagnosed with an irreversible genetic or congenital defect that results in death and cannot be treated (excluding viruses or infections), Seller will replace Puppy with one of equal value. Buyer must provide written veterinary findings within 24 hours and return Puppy upon request.

Seller reserves the right to obtain a second veterinary opinion.

No refunds will be issued unless expressly stated in this Agreement.

Dental issues and tooth-related concerns are the responsibility of Buyer.
K Farm Doodles makes no guarantees regarding hips, eyes, joints, or skeletal structure.

The 24-month replacement guarantee does not include veterinary visits, transportation, exams, preventative care, or associated expenses. This guarantee does not cover accidental death, neglect, abuse, or injury.

A necropsy is required in the event of death. Inconclusive findings void this guarantee. K Farm Doodles does not cover veterinary costs.

Post-Adoption Veterinary Care

Buyer agrees to establish care with a licensed veterinarian following adoption.

K Farm Doodles is not responsible for medical expenses or conditions that arise after adoption, including but not limited to parasites, infections, digestive issues, urinary issues, or illnesses treatable with medication.

Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy and will be applied toward the purchase price.

Remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery. Buyer will be contacted 2–4 days before go-home to arrange final payment.

For shipped puppies, remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to shipping.
